After training in Paris and working in Michelin-starred restaurants across three continents, I discovered my true calling: making restaurant-quality food accessible to home cooks everywhere. Cool Tastes is my way of sharing the techniques, flavors, and joy that have defined my 15-year culinary career.

2008

Mexico City Beginnings

Started my culinary journey learning traditional Mexican techniques from street food vendors in Mercado de San Juan. Discovered the power of fresh, simple ingredients.

2012

Paris Culinary School

Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, mastering classical French techniques while maintaining my passion for bold, global flavors. Learned precision meets creativity.

2018

Michelin Star Experience

Worked as sous chef at three Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and Asia. Perfected the art of elevating simple ingredients into extraordinary experiences.

Cool Tastes Launch
