Quick and easy wraps filled with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the dried parsley and set aside.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of garlic butter sauce on the tortilla. Add a generous portion of cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  6. Place the assembled wraps back in the skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese has melted.
  7. Cut the wraps in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.

Notes

Warm tortillas slightly before assembling to prevent tearing. You can prepare the chicken and garlic butter sauce ahead of time for quicker assembly.
