  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash one ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth, leaving small lumps for texture.
  2. Add milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana. Stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until the oats are fully coated in the liquid.
  4. Fold in chopped walnuts or pecans for added texture, if desired.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and seal tightly with a lid.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
