  • Optional: Red pepper flakes
  • Pre-cooked chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
  • Fresh broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sautΓ© for 3-5 minutes, or until slightly softened. Remove the sausage and broccoli from the skillet and set aside.
