A creamy, garlicky white pizza topped with vibrant spinach and zesty Mediterranean flavors, perfect for a quick dinner or elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place your pizza stone or baking sheet inside to preheat.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1 cup of heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle. Transfer it carefully to parchment paper.
  4. Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
