  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups (280g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (about 1012 crushed Oreos), coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  6. Gently fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
  7. Scoop the dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  8. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look slightly undercooked.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
