These bite-sized brownies combine a chewy chocolate base with caramel, peanuts, and chopped Snickers bars for a rich, gooey, and nutty mini dessert treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed recommended)
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 34 full-size Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup (45g) roasted peanuts, chopped (unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth and slightly glossy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in half of the chopped Snickers bars and peanuts.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Drizzle caramel sauce on top in small pools, then sprinkle the remaining chopped Snickers and peanuts over everything.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, checking at 25 minutes with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs but no wet batter.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan for at least 30 minutes to let the caramel set.
  9. Cut into 1.5-inch squares or smaller bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

Do not overmix the batter to keep brownies fudgy. Use room temperature eggs for better texture. Melt butter gently to avoid grainy texture. Dip knife in hot water and wipe between cuts to chop Snickers bars cleanly. If caramel sauce is thick, warm slightly before drizzling. Brownies taste better once cooled; chilling for 15 minutes firms bites. Muffin tins can be used for mini bites with reduced baking time (15–18 minutes).
