Quick and easy breakfast sliders combining crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese on soft slider buns, perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (soft dinner rolls)
  • 810 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing buns)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional, for topping buns)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and save bacon fat if desired.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble eggs in skillet with a tablespoon of bacon fat or butter over medium-low heat until just set but still moist, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Slice slider buns horizontally, keeping top and bottom together as a sheet. Place bottom half in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Layer scrambled eggs evenly over bottom buns, then add crispy bacon strips and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Place top half of buns over cheese layer. Brush tops generously with melted butter and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning if using.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake sliders for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and buns are slightly toasted.
  7. Remove from oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

Use thick-cut bacon for best texture. Do not overcook eggs; remove while still moist for creamy results. Brushing buns with melted butter before baking adds flavor and prevents sogginess. Sliders can be assembled ahead and baked fresh in the morning. Leftovers reheat well covered with foil in the oven.
