A quick, healthy, and protein-packed frozen snack combining creamy Greek yogurt and natural peanut butter, perfect for warm days or a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat Greek yogurt (low-fat optional)
  • ½ cup (125 g) natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (40 g) mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup Greek yogurt and ½ cup natural peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Stir gently until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix thoroughly but gently.
  3. Fold in ¼ cup mini chocolate chips if using.
  4. Spoon mixture into mini muffin tin or silicone mold cavities, about 1 tablespoon (15 ml) each. Smooth tops with finger or spoon.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm, preferably overnight for best texture.
  6. Pop bites out of mold and store in a freezer-safe container. Keep frozen until ready to serve.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier bites. Soften peanut butter slightly in microwave if too thick. Avoid thawing bites too long before eating to maintain texture. Store in airtight container for up to two weeks. Customize with chocolate chips, berries, or nuts. For dairy-free, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
